Miovit is a combination of Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate), B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) & B12 (Cyanocobalamin). These vitamins play essential role as co-enzyme in the metabolism of nervous system. Thus this combination normalizes the nerve cell metabolism. Miovit supports the regeneration of nerve fibres and myelin sheath by activation of the metabolism and the natural repair meachanism. The combination of these 3 vitamins shows better efficacy than that of the individual repair mechanism and work in pain management.

Miovit is indicated for the treatment of B1, B6 & B12 deficiency syndrome. It is also indicated in the treatment of:
• Diabetic neuropathy
• Lumbago
• Myalgia
• Sciatica
• Trigeminal neuralgia
Dosage and administrat
1 to 3 tablets per day or as directed by the physician.
Vitamin B1, B6 & B12 is contraindicated in patients with hypersenstivity to any of its ingredients.
Very rare allergic reactions may be seen.
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) reduces therapeutic effect of levodopa but it does not occur if a dopa decarboxylase inhibitor is also given. Neomycin, chloramphenicol, aminosalisylic acid & H2 receptor antagonist may reduce Vitamin B12 absorption.
• Store in cool & dry place, protect from light.
• Keep out of reach of children.
